Jamie Maczko, Chelsea Charteris, and Alison Deery offer a wide range of foot health related services including the following:

  1. Biomechanical Foot Health Assessments
  2. Gait Analysis
  3. Custom Foot Orthotics
  4. Orthopedic Extra Depth Footwear

Complete foot care including:

  1. assessments
  2. diabetic/arthritic foot care
  3. all types of nail disorders
  4. nail surgery, partial or total permanent removal of the nail and it’s root/matrix via local anesthesia
  5. heel pain, plantar fasciitis
  6. callus, corns
  7. plantar warts
  8. athletes foot and skin disorders

Most services are covered by:

  1. Extended Health Plans i.e.: Manulife, Great West Life, Sunlife, Coughlin, Johnson Brothers etc. (We direct bill qualified insurance plans)
  2. Department of Veterans Affairs
  3. Health Canada
  4. WSIB
  5. Social Services
  6. ODSP/Ontario Works

Wheelchair accessible; Patient drop-off right at door to the office for those persons who have difficulty walking.

Please be advised that James F. Maczko B.A. ,D.Ch., HAS RETIRED and therefore Maczko Chiropody & Orthotic Centre, located at 559 Exmouth Street, Sarnia, Ontario, is PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

For future foot care needs, please contact Chelsea Charteris, B.Sc., D.Ch., and Allison Deery, B.A., D.Ch., who will be operating a new clinic under the name Lambton Chiropody & Health Centre. Their practice will officially open on October 5, 2026 at 1475 Exmouth Street.
